Software Engineer
Software engineer with experience in full stack development and data platforms. Currently building high-throughput distributed systems at Target and studying CS at Georgia Tech.
Where I've worked.
2025 — Present
Building event-based distributed micro-applications for the Supply Chain team. Developed high-throughput, low-latency systems processing millions of Kafka events with near-zero lag. Enhanced observability with granular metrics, dashboards, and alerts for rapid incident detection. Extensive unit, integration, performance, and regression testing.
2022 — 2025
Built and maintained an in-house data platform for developing, scheduling, and deploying ETL pipelines. Implemented PII-grade security with enterprise vault integration. Integrated Databricks for direct notebook and job deployment, reducing licensing costs. Designed a new Apache Airflow architecture using Docker Swarm with a custom API-driven DAG creation service.
2019 — 2022
Built custom applications in Servicenow Platform. Using Script Actions, Business Rules and UI Actions. Also worked on Full Stack applications, working on Angular frontend apps and Spring boot backends.
2019 — 2019
Worked on cloud computing projects, learning about AWS and Java Web development.
Where I studied.
2025 — Present
Courses: Software Architecture and Design, Database Systems — Concepts and Design.
2015 — 2019
Courses: Operating Systems, Java, Networks.
Things I've built.
A full-stack e-commerce web application with a React frontend, Express middleware, and MongoDB backend.
A cloud storage web app built with Spring Boot MVC. Features file upload, notes, and credential management backed by an H2 in-memory database, with automated testing via JUnit and Selenium.
A microservice application using Spring Cloud Eureka for service discovery and REST API communication. Built with MVC architecture and tested with Mockito and JUnit.
